An important producer of top quality Franciacorta wines including the still wines of the Terre di Franciacorta and the famous sparkling wines. The father and son who farm 15 hectares of vineyard employ New Zealander Owen Bird as their flying winemaker though Owen was so impressed with the quality and methods of production that he has changed very little.

331	£7.05	*TERRE DI FRANCIACORTA ROSSO 1996* A gently harmonious wine which lingers on the palate and has as its base Cabernet Franc with contributions from Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbere, Merlot and Nebbiolo.
182	£7.55	*TERRE DI FRANCIACORTA BIANCO DOC 1997* An elegant white wine which with a floral bouquet which is a blend of Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay. It is recommended that this wine is served "in large glasses to exalt the scent".
483	£10.55	*TERRE DI FRANCIACORTA BIANCO VIGNA BOSCA ALTO DOC 1996* A single vineyard wine which has been barriqued and has an intense bouquet with an elegant and gentle taste. It is a wine that should not be drunk too cold.
209	£15.55	*FRANCIACORTA DOCG - VSQPRD BRUIT* A refined full sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero which has been naturally fermented for at least three years in the bottle. It is a refined wine with an abundant froth and a very fine and persistent sparkle. Recommended temperature is 7-8 degrees C.
435	£15.55	*FRANCIACORTA DOCG - VSQPRD SATEN BRUIT* "Saten Bruit is considered to be the maximum expression of the typicality and harmony of Franciacorta. It is obtained from Chardonnay with a gentle contribution from the oak casks. It is a well made wine with an extremely fine and almost creamy perlage"
361	£18.30	*FRANCIACORTA DOCG - VSQPRD EXTRA BRUIT* A wine which is allowed to mature for a least four years in the bottles prior to being released. "Its dry and distinct taste make it the most demanding connoisseur’s choice as an aperitif, where its notes of mature fruit, hazelnut, biscuit and also singular floral scents are emphasised".
