The father and son who farm 15 hectares of vineyard employ New Zealander Owen Bird as their flying winemaker though Owen was so impressed with the quality and methods of production that he has changed very little.

VSQPRD BRUIT A refined full sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero which has been naturally fermented for at least three years in the bottle. It is a refined wine with an abundant froth and a very fine and persistent sparkle. Recommended temperature is 7-8 degrees C. |
