I was especially impressed with the haunting quality of his Vampirella, and the atmosphere of Vampi against the night sky in his pic below on the left is quite beautiful. |

Received by e-mail 5th May 2000 Vampirella is my muse. The first time I saw her I was nine or ten. It was late at night, I had gotten up. There she was, at the end of a long dark hall. I only saw her for a moment, but I will never forget her long dark hair, glowing pale skin, the intensity of her eyes, my muse! A few years later I saw her again. The same dark hair, the same pale skin, the same eyes! Only this time she's wearing a cool little red suit. It was the Vampirella model kit. Shortly thereafter I found out she had a comic book |

With every new issue I would spend hours studying every line in every panel on every page. The great Jose Gonzales, Ramon Torrents, Enrich and others were my teachers. My ultimate goal is to be a Vampirella cover artist. |
