Comics are Vampirella's medium. She is suited to graphic media, and comics containing Vampirella stories sell. I believe it is more than that. While most of us enjoy looking at Vampirella, pictures alone are not enough. It is the story that lifts Vampirella above most of the rest and makes her the success she is.

On this site I have concentrated on three aspects of Vampi's comic world. The first is a comprehensive collection of alternative covers, because many comic readers are collectors at heart and so these pages help in discovering which issues are missing from your collection. I don't have all the Vampirella comics myself, but I have almost all so I have scanned the images in from my own collection.

The next is the humble ash can. Vampi has so many that I can create a few pages devoted just to Vampirella ash cans, again for the collectors who like to see which they have and which they don't.

Finally I have selected the few Vampirella parody comics I know of. I'm sure there are more, but these are all I have at present.

A word about signed (or autographed) comics.  There are obviously comics that collectors have taken to cons or comic shops have persuaded artists and writers to sign, and it would be foolhardy to include all these in the alternate covers.  However I feel that official Harris Comics signed covers are valid, and so have included as many as I can find.  I also include Dynamic Forces comics in this as these are signed in conjunction with Harris comics.  Otherwise all other signed covers are excluded from this website (except for one - see if you can find it!).
