Meziane Lasfer, PhD
Meziane
Lasfer is Professor in Finance and Director of PhD Studies at
the City University Business School in London.
He
specialises in research on finance-related topics and has undertaken
projects specially commissioned by, among others, the National
Association of Pension Funds, Trillium and the Institute of Chartered
Accountants. His work has been published internationally in both
academic and professional journals and he has spoken frequently
at conferences both in the UK and overseas.
Meziane's
role at Mattison Public Relations is to advise on the feasibility,
sourcing and design of commissioned research and to report on
and access academic studies which are relevant to our clients'
interests.

Martin Newman
Prior to becoming a consultant
in 2001 Martin was Marketing Director and a Partner of Healey&Baker.
Before that he was Group Marketing Director of Lloyds Bowmaker
Finance and Deputy Head of Marketing at The Royal Bank of Scotland
subsidiary Williams&Glyn's. At Healey&Baker his remit covered
Europe and the Middle East.
His consultancy experience includes
advising European cities in promoting themselves to attract inward
investment. This is based on a close understanding, from research,
of the issues affecting business location and detailed study of
city promotion. He has advised a number of clients on international
marketing programmes for development projects and for asset disposal.
Martin is the author of 'Marketing
in Commercial Property' publishedby Estates Gazette.

PR Adviser
Robin Kinnear
Robin Kinnear is one of the UK's most
experienced advisers in establishing and overseeing international
communications programmes, having worked both in major international
consultancies and as head of communications in leading multi-national
corporations.
As Director of Communication for
Control Data Corporation in Minneapolis and ICL Plc in London he was
responsible for setting up and managing global networks for both PR and
advertising. He is currently advising the CEO of Reuters Europe, Middle
East and Africa in selecting and appointing appropriate PR/marketing
communications agencies and to conceive and organise a series of
international press briefings.
As a consultant he has worked on
a variety of international accounts including an award - winning
programme for BT to roll out the announcement of the London code
change. This entailed creating a bespoke network of agencies in
the USA, Europe and the Far East, development of all PR materials,
management of their dissemination and subsequent evaluation. He
has also conducted similar projects for Tandem Computers and Psion.
Other clients have included Atlantic Container Line, Dow Chemicals,
Hewlett Packard, Lloyds Bank, Lynx Express, Rank Xerox and Tibbett
& Britten.
