- Nineteenth Century Lists : Matlock School Charity, 1814 - list of applicants for free schooling published with the very kind permission of Michael Spencer
Nov 2002 Additions to:
- Images New section on Books has 32 pages on a book about Smedley's Hydro published about 1925. A wonderful addition. Also 1905 letter in the miscellaneous section on Smedley's Hydro note paper with lovely letter heading
- Newspaper Cuttings: Clever Derbyshire Riflemen, Local Successes [musically] plus The Duchess of Devonshire and War Agriculture

- Plus new developments in the Rockside saga
- Strays : 9 in Lancashire living in 1881, mostly additions to letter A. Plus, knowing how flexible Matlock's population had been in the past, I thought it may be of interest to see how many had moved away from their birthplace in the 1901 census. The Christian name John was chosen as it was a popular name at the time. The number of over 18 year olds found to have left Matlock in 1901 totalled 145, and only a few were living within the county. These are all included, plus 20 assorted additional names
- Wills: See the latest additions post 1858 and some before then, mostly PCC wills
