100% Mortgages can be arranged
up to around 105% of purchase price, to allow you to add the cost
of your solicitor fees and **Stamp Duty.
Usually, a single applicant can borrow
about 3.25 times their total gross income, and overtime or bonus

Joint applicants can borrow around
2.5 times combined gross income, and higher multiples are available
for professions, e.g. solicitors, doctors and qualified accountants.
