PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE

Practically Green 'Gold' series digesters are operated at ultra low gas pressures, this has a number of advantages.

• Gas leakage is minimised
• Components are de-stressed
• Gas bags can be connected directly to the headspace of the digester.
• The system is inherently safe with less chance of the operator receiving compressed toxic biogas "full in the face" during simple maintenance checks.

The pressure relief valve incorporates a viewing window which is easily cleaned and this enables the contents of the digester to be monitored at all times.

This is what you need to see through a viewing port - a well mixed 20% total solids input digester contents.
