The schools dinners are currently being produced by Caterhouse. They use fresh ingredients incluing organic Milk and Fresh range eggs. They also invest in NUTMEG, Nutritional Analysis Software, and this is used to produce a complete balance of nutrients. We also use Red Tractor (Assured Food Standards) meat.
