PhysTech-WBG consists of more than a dozen specialist having
more than 100 years of combine experience in wide band gap
semiconductor field. Main goals are research and development
of new semiconductor technologies. These include SiC and GaN
bulk and epitaxial growth, SiC and GaN p-n structure investigation,
high-temperature SiC power devices, high-temperature packaging
for SiC devices, optoelectronic devices for the UV-green spectrum
region.
