We work only with the Japanese and English languages.
We do not undertake English into French, Serbo-Croat into German
or Punjabi into Italian. All our energies are concentrated solely
into the translation of technical Japanese material into English.
We do not even translate from English into Japanese!
We work with a team of very experienced, technically-qualified,
native English-speaking translators.They understand, on the basis
of their industrial and research experience, the technology involved
in the documents for translation and they only translate in their
specialist areas. So our work is not only technically accurate,
it is also presented in clear good English.
The translators liaise with each other to solve problems of interdisciplinary
terminology. We refer to external technical advisors, both English
and Japanese, and to extensive reference sources in order to
resolve queries. In the unlikely event, after exhaustive research,
of us being unable to resolve a query, we don't hazard a guess,
we tell you!
All translations are meticulously checked through both by our
native Japanese staff, then again by a British proofreader before
dispatch to the client.
We regularly ring our clients to check that they have been satisfied
with the interpreters we have provided. To date we have not had
a complaint and it is the norm for clients to ask to be supplied
with the same interpreter as before. |
