Within the U K
Postage and packing is charged at cost with a maximum amount of £4.85 per parcel, but £1.00 minimum (apart from Journals). Payment can be made by credit or Switch card or cheque, please do not send any payment with your order. (but if writing include a phone number and a credit card number with expiry date). Orders by phone are preferred as we can tell you straight away if a book is no longer available and can take credit card details over the phone. We cannot accept orders under £15 unless paid by credit card or postal order.
Overseas orders
We can only accept overseas orders from outside the U K (except from existing customers), if payment is made by credit card. If ordering from abroad it is advisable to either phone your order or to fax it with your credit card details and address, if different from the one the books are to be sent to.
We have special contract rates for foreign postage. We send most foreign posting surface mail (from £1.75 a kilo) but can also send by airmail or accelerated surface post. We will provide further information if required.
No reply means that the title is not available any longer.
