Cinema giant Warner Bros., will open their fifth London based multiplex - at HARROW in 1996. The £7 million cinema, with 9 individual screens and seating for up to 2,000 people, will be located at the newly created St. George's Shopping and Leisure Centre, adjacent to the existing shopping centre on St. Anne's Road, Harrow.

Built on 2 levels, the Warner Cinema will be equipped with the world's moswt advanced sight and so~d technology, providing the residents of Harrow and its neighbouring communities (including areas such as Borehamwoed, Hendon, Greenford, Uxbridge and Southall), with the very best in hig screen entertainment.

Commenting en today's announcement, Peter Dobson - Managing Director - Warner. Theatres (UK) Ltd., said: "We are now in the most important stages of our very extensive expansion programme, which should see up to another 10 multiplex cinemas opening around the U.K. in the next 2 years, and are delighted that this site at Harrow will be joining the existing Warner family.

In London Warner Cinemas are located at Leicester Squarel. The Company will open 2 multiplexes in Wattord and Croydon on 19th January next year, followed by Harrow on 26th April, and an additional 2 sites at Finchley in the Summer and Dagenham in the Winter of '96, with further announcements expected soon.
