Mammoth Mountain - June 1998

In June 1998 it seemed like a hell of a long time until we would ski again. We jokingly started to look for places that did summer skiing, expecting them all to be unreasonably expensive or difficult to get to. Then we saw that Mammoth still had plenty of snow and would be open until July 4th. Still not taking it all that seriously we enquired about flight availability, then booked a condo with Mammoth Premiere Reservations, booked the flights and were off within 3 weeks of first having the idea...
