• Advantages: this new Motorola phone is quite exceptional proving that Motorola have come a long way in just a few years.  With it's unique and full specification this phone will be an essential purchase for any demanding user, not necessarily just the World traveller. • Disadvantages: While this is full of features it lacks bluetooth and hscsd technology both available on other comparably priced tribands from Ericsson. Motorola menu system not as easy to use as some manufacturers. Faxing is not possible when linked via infra-red to a device, only data calls.

Compatibility with other networks: The T250 has customised software for the Orange network and comes SIM locked, that means it will only operate with Orange SIM cards. It is possible to have the phone unlocked for use on any GSM900, 1800 or 1900 network and Orange will do this for a fee. Unfortunately full compatibility when using with non Orange SIMs cannot be guaranteed.
