If you need access to email on the move, but more just to read it than send lengthy replies the Ericsson is a good choice, as it it a smaller and lighter phone than a full Communicator. However, there is no fax or web facilities on it at all, and the memory is fixed and not expandable. The vibrating alert and pocket size make it a much more convenient phone to use everyday than a communicator, but bear in mind there are no additional applications available to install so the range of features is fixed.

If you feel you need something with a bit more flexibility we thoroughly recommend the Nokia 9110 Communicator, the full keyboard is of particular benefit and the phone is the only mobile device with full fax send and receive facilties, plus web.
