ACCIDENTAL DAMAGEü
Will pay repair costs if your mobile phone is damaged as the result of an accident.

WATER DAMAGE ü
Will pay repair costs if your mobile phone is damaged as the result of water damage.

THEFT ü
If your mobile phone is stolen it will be replaced. Where only part or parts of your mobile phone have been stolen, only part or parts will be replaced.

LOSSü
If you lose your mobile phone it will be replaced.

UNAUTHORISED PHONE CALLS ü
Will pay you against your liability under the terms of any air time provider as a direct result of unauthorised phone calls following theft of the product. Liability in this respect is limited to £250.

HOW DO I CLAIM?
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, the claim procedure is extremely simple and efficient. Our dedicated Claims Department will process your claim over the telephone and forward out immediately any appropriate paperwork. In all cases we aim to have your new handset out to you within three working days of the claim being approved.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY PHONE?
If you buy a new phone, in most cases, your policy is transferable to your new handset. Please check the terms and conditions on your specific policy however in most cases you simply need to let us know in writing the details of your new handset and we will transfer the policy over.

IS THERE AN EXCESS CHARGE?
As with any insurance policy there is an excess fee if you make a claim. Currently this is £25 for your first claim and £40 for second and subsequent claims.
