Preventive Maintenance

Limit downtime and costly repairs with a regular preventive maintenance program. Monitor maintenance by miles driven, hours used, days gone by, calendar date, day of the week, or fuel consumed. It's not just limited to equipment: Qqest can monitor anything that needs routine maintenance - a park, a city street, a building or a golf course green. Service schedules can be linked to provide either/or scenarios (i.e., every 3000 miles or 60 days, whichever comes first.) With the push of a button, you can systematically create work orders when preventative maintenance work needs to be done. "Qqest's reporting functions will tell you when service work is coming due."

Maintenance Items / ID's

Information to make important decisions is at your fingertips. Input screens for both equipment and facilities and grounds give you complete profiles of each maintenance item. Qqest shows you when the item was last serviced, how much has been spent on repairs (both parts and labour,) and when service work needs to be performed. You can display or print an entire service history for a maintenance item including all the work performed, downtime, who did the work, and when the repair was done. A Service Specifications input screen is available to note important information: (i.e., equipment specifications, parts references, key assignments, tire specifications, special instructions, or notes.) Labour Management

Monitor employee performance, track vacations, holiday, and sick hours. Know what each mechanic or employee did for a given time period. Track labour by employee or in summary. With Qqest's Labour Management System, no input is necessary because the labour files are updated automatically from completed work orders.

Fuel / Oil Tracking

Detect early signs of equipment fatigue and monitor equipment performance based on fuel and oil consumption Fuel per Mile/Hour and Oil per Mile/Hour reports can be printed to help pinpoint a problem.

Work Order System

For routine maintenance, Qqest systematically creates work orders, eliminating any manual input. For unexpected maintenance, Qqest provides the easiest work description and parts entry system available. Work orders can be classified by the type of work performed (i.e., engine work, tune-ups, heating & air conditioning, vandalism
repairs, etc.) Once completed, the Maintenance Item, Parts Inventory, Budget, and Labour files are all updated instantaneously. "With personalised lookup screens and an as-you-go inventory entry module and inexperienced computer user can quickly create work orders."

Parts Inventory

Save time with Qqest's easy multiple entry system. View on-hand inventory to eliminate costly stock-outs or surpluses with the built in reorder and overage functions. You may enter parts information from any screen in the program, eliminating the need to transfer to a special parts entry screen. Pop-up windows are available throughout the
software to help locate hard-to-find inventory items. Received, used, on-order, and allocated fields allow for tracking and evaluation of parts inventories. Additional fields can be used for reference, searching and categorising. "My distributor uses me as a second source of parts because of this program."

Departmental Reporting

Keep better track of expenses while setting up detailed budgets. Know what you've spent on both parts and labour with Qqest's Departmental Reporting System. With the capability of handling any number of departments, Qqest will account for every expense. Just enter the budgeted amount and Qqest does the rest. When a work order is finished all expenses are automatically pooled to the appropriate department, and at the push of a button the detail of each expense is there for your review.

Qqest's Report Writer provides a variety of flexible and powerful reports for any level of computer user. Options within the report screen allow you to sort and search data in a variety of ways. The report variations are endless. Corresponding reports are generated from within the specific module's menu providing quick and easy access
to your data. Reports are available for your inventory, preventive maintenance, budgets, labour, repair histories, work orders, expenses, chemical logs, etc. Qqest supports a wide variety of printers insuring compatibility with nearly all types
of systems.
