The Duncan Edwards Statue

The statue of Duncan Edwards is situated in the main High Street of Dudley Town centre. It is in tribute to the 21 year old Manchester United player who tragically lost his life in the Munich Air Disaster in 1958. Duncan is also buried in Dudley and many of his England shirts (he was capped 18 times) caps and medals can be viewed in a display in Dudley Leisure Centre.
