February: Where has the year gone, it doesn't
seem possible that we are already in the second month of 2008 and that
Valentine's Day will soon be here. Remember when buying those chocolates
for your loved one that they may be lactose intolerant and a better choice
could be non dairy based this year. We also see Easter early this year and
Easter eggs and cakes are already in the shops our usual dairy free eggs
