Over the pass few years we have been asked by UK school students who are taking their GCSE exams in Food Technology to help them with aspects of either Lactose Intolerance or soya products as part of their course work. With this is mind we have prepared these pages which we hope will be of help to you in the UK and hopefully across the world.

As a further help we have prepared a glossary of words and phases that will give the student a better understanding of the subject. The glossary can be viewed by clicking the blue words which are links to the glossary and by clicking the word in the glossary to return you back to the page you were using. For further help with GCSE science subjects I would recommend The Module Club. The Module Club is a new type of out-of-school study facility for G.C.S.E. and 'A' Level students at school or in Sixth Form college.
