Summer Event 2002
We will extend a warm welcome to parents and children who will join us for the last 6-10 weeks of our academic term in 2002 although many of the children will be well known to us. This year will be our twelfth summer event in this year we will again bring together Conductors and our resident staff in Cardiff which enables us to offer a number of placements for children during this period, so they may benefit from this unique educational system. The event will again be held in Cardiff the Capital City of Wales. Places will be limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. The school will take the children from a young age through to teenage years, it will start at 8:45 am with the parents returning at 3:00pm to collect their child this will be from Mon .- Friday. This year we will have a constructive fun day to test out the skills learned. We hope you will enjoy your stay in Cardiff and I am sure your child will benefit from the event which was the first properly structured summer school for Conductive Education in the UK and is still the best. The Programme will be for a limited number of places although we are flexible in this area early booking will be essential as it is this that determines the eventual placements due mostly to the long term arrangements for staffing. Please book early to save disappointment , write to the address below or use any of the other modes of communication. To reserve your place please send a cheque for £100.00 made out to WICE or apply for a free scholarship you will then be sent full details when available. The deposit is fully refundable up to six weeks before the event begins.
