A small informal bistro style restaurant offering a modest choice of well prepared food a pleasant ambience and reasonable prices. It can be found appropriately enough on Frenchgate at the bottom of the market square.
Excellent food is served in the upstairs restaurant of this small bistro located in Chantry Wynd just off Finkle Street near the market square. In summer and on warmer days you can dine outside but undercover in the pleasant surroundings of Chantry Wynd. Service is friendly and good The food makes it worth a visit though it may not particularly suit children. The quality is from good to outstanding. Maurice and Linda Pasterello are the proprietors
