Grellier Mystery

Can anyone help Richard Grellier who wrote to Vintage Knowledge recently.

"I attach a photo of my father and mother in a prewar racing car. My mother recently died and I have inherited several hundreds of photos including this one which I had never seen before. I wonder if you could please tell me what the car is and roughly when it was made. I have scoured many websites and libraries but cannot see anything exactly the same. My father worked for a garage specialising in race car tuning before joining the RAF in WW2 and I assume this is one of the vehicles he worked on as the garage owner often used to lend the cars to the senior staff for weekends etc."

Please email Guy.Weatherall@VintageKnowledge.co.uk with any suggestions

This site is intended to be a knowledge-base for those interested in enjoying vintage (pre-1931) and thoroughbred pre-war cars. Its main focus is the cars that were available UK in that period.
