DAY LUXURY FLY-IN SAFARI
This is a flying safari, which
departs every day of the year to any of the camps in our portfolio in
the Okavango and Linyanti, for any duration of time. Each safari is customised
to each guest's requirements.

You can create their own itinerary
to visit your preferred camps. Resident guides at each camp will host
you throughout their area. In the Okavango and Linyanti, there are four
types of camps - the Okavango camps offering water activities like mokoro-ing,
boating and walking; those which offer a mixture of both land and water
experiences. Then to the North - East, the Linyanti area offers a very
different wildlife experience.
The
camps, which fall into the categories, are:
Okavango
/ Land only:
Chitabe, Chitabe Trails, Mombo and Little Mombo.
Okavango/Mixed
activities:
Kwetsani, Jacana, Pom Pom,
Little Vumbura, Tubu Tree and Xigera.
Linyanti
Area:
DumaTau and Savuti Camp.
Victoria
Falls / Livingstone Area:
The River Club which is situated in Zambia.
Other accommodation available in the area consists of Stanley Safari Lodge,
Tongabezi, Sussi Lodge and Royal Livingstone.
All accommodation, all meals, all activities, all park and concession
fees are included in your fare - as are all local drinks. The Safaris
can be started or ended in either Maun, Kasane or Victoria Falls. Maun
is linked daily from Johannesburg on Air Botswana's services. Prices vary
according to where you start and finish your safari. This is how a sample
nine day / eight night safari would run. However, as these safaris are
all customised to an individual's needs, these safaris can last up to
14 days or longer:
Day 1 and 2 : Victoria Falls
On arrival in Victoria Falls, you meet up with our safari representative
and transferred to your accommodation. Victoria Falls has a wide selection
of activities from a Elephant Back Riding to a Microlight Flight over
the Falls or White Water Rafting down the rapids of the Zambezi River.
Or you can relax and wander around the Falls themselves and the local
shopping centre and town attractions. Your choice of accommodation includes
the Stanley Safari Lodge, Tongabezi, Sussi Lodge and Royal Livingstone.
Day 3 and 4 : Okavango Delta
/ land activity camp
Transfer to Kasane for your flight to the Okavango Delta a camp of your
choice - and enjoy the twice-daily activities on offer at the camp you
generally enjoy the last morning's game drive. Activities here centre
ongame drives as well as walks in some of the Okavango's most scenic and
private areas. Choose your accommodation from Chitabe, Chitabe Trails,
Mombo and Little Mombo.

Day 5 and 6 : Okavango Delta
/ Mixed activity camp
In the morning you are flown to your next camp, where you are met by your
guide and transferred to camp in open 4x4 Land Rover which is in a contrasting
sector of the Okavango to enjoy the activities of Mokoro-ing, boating,
fishing, walks and at some camps game drives are on offer. The choice
of camps includes Kwetsani, Jacana, Pom Pom, Little Vumbura, Tubu Tree
and Xigera.

Day 7 and 8 : Linyanti or Savuti
From the Okavango, you are flown northeast to the Chobe/Linyanti waterways.
This is a completely contrasting region to the Okavango Delta. Activities
are enjoyed around the Savuti Channel or Linyanti River on boats, vehicles
or from hides. Your choice of accommodation includes DumaTau and Savuti
Camp.

Day 9 : Safari Ends
You are flown back to Kasane for a road transfer of 85kms back to Victoria
Falls Airport for your onward flight.
