San Teodoro is situated along the beautiful north-eastern coast of Sardinia, 20 minutes away from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport, 25 km from Olbia's port, 40 minutes from Porto Cervo.

San Teodoro is a small pretty town by the sea, surrounded by green hills and mountains. Along the 35-km of coastline we have 18 beautiful white sandy beaches all accessible by car.

The residence is located within a short distance from the centre of San Teodoro in a very peaceful and quite area. The beautifully furnished apartments are on two levels, ground floor with veranda and garden, first floor with balcony, all apartments have air condition and television.

Located near the village of Monte Petrosu in an area famous for its beaches and the Island of Tavolara, this holiday village comprises 95 tasteful apartments.

A good beach is within fifteen minutes walk, and there is a supermarket within 400m.

The majority of the apartments are located in a panoramic view, all well connected to the beach by a shuttle bus.

Facilities also include a restaurant/pizzeria, reception, swimming pool, football pitch, and open theatre and tennis court.

You can find a bar/restaurant by the beach.

All the apartments are built within trees and greenery, all with private entrance with sea or panoramic view.
