The Residence is well located, being only 150 mts from the nearest beach, with a vast pine grove ideal for picnics and walks and about1 km from Palau town centre, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

The nearby harbour has a local boat that will take you to the beautiful island of "La Maddalena", Santo Stefano and Caprera, and its Marine Park, only 20 minutes away.

The popular Costa Smeralda, heaven for the " Rich and Famous", where you can spot celebrities and Royalty, is only 30 minutes drive.

All apartments are nicely furnished with Telephone and TV, Air conditioning units are available on request on site.
There are studio apartments and 1 bedroom apartments, either on the ground floor with terrace or first floor with veranda.
Parking is available free of charge for all guests.
