Arbatax is a small town with a little harbour on the east coast of Sardinia. At the base of the harbour there is a XVII century tower, on its right a cliff called "Rocce Rosse" ( Red Cliffs ) of Arbatax.

The colour of the rocks, the white sandy beaches and the crystal clear waters make a great contrast with the surrounding vegetation and mountains giving a wide choice of itineraries and beaches alike. On a peak, about three kilometres south of the promontory, we find S. Gemiliano's Tower and thirty minutes walk takes you to the lighthouse, where you can enjoy an amazing view.

The new residence of Borgo degli Ulivi is situated in Arbatax on the east coast of Sardinia within a short distance from the sea.
The apartments, some ground floor and some first floor, are built in the traditional style and finished to a very high standard.
