Introduction
Clancy Consulting is a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in innovative engineering solutions. With five offices in the North West, North East and South East of England, a turnover of around £5 million and a staff of 110, we are able to offer the skills and experience that would be expected from a leading consultancy with more than 30 years experience in the Industry.

The principles of best practice and partnering based on long-term relationships have always been at the forefront of our company philosophy. We believe that a culture, which places the needs of the client at the centre of the construction process with the aim of identifying the best engineering solution available, by collaborative working, will ultimately be the most successful. This is something in which we firmly believe and follow through in practice in all our work.

Our current and recently completed work includes: -
Commerce and Communication - Recently completed construction of a £5m Call Centre in Peterlee, Durham; involved in a major refurbishment programme for Welwyn & Hatfield Council; a car showroom for Mercedes Benz.
Education - Completion of new £15m PFI School in the West Midlands; partnering and framework arrangements with many Local Authorities including Lancashire C.C. and Stockport M.B.C. continue; involved with a prestigious new music and performing arts facility in St Helens.
Healthcare - Continued involvement with Whipps Cross NHS Trust, and Genesis in the South East, including completion of Phase 1 of a three phase extension at Bupa Hospital, Norwich.
Industrial and Manufacturing - Continued involvement with Brunner Mond and Georgia-Pacific on various projects; further appointments with Park Cake Bakeries.
Leisure - The roll out programme for Total Fitness Health Centres continues; appointed to provide new leisure facilities at Crewe Hall in Cheshire.
Residential - Schemes to develop multi-storey student accommodation in Liverpool for David McLean; a number of prestigious apartment schemes in the North West and North East; commenced work on a high profile sustainable social housing scheme in Hulme, Manchester.
Transport, Freight & Infrastructure - Further involvement with works at Manchester Airport; recent appointment to carry out repairs at Euroterminal; major utility and infrastructure development scheme in Hull.
