If you want your name to be added to this list, the, please send me your email address, the largest town in your area, and the name you wish to be known by (first name) so that I can add it to the map (as above).  Also let me know what type of myositis you have (e.g. Polymyositis, IBM etc.). The idea is that you will then have buddies in your own area, that can share your experiences, get together etc. Finally, if you'd like to let people know what you look like, send me a photo and I'll attach it to your name as well.
