Here's the tune. I wrote it for a workshop in 1992. There are now other versions around. I'm flattered and I'll play along with them in sessions and so on. But on my pitch, with my side, if you've asked to jam in, please play this one.

...finally, you can click on the icon at the right to get a midi file. This was produced on Dave Webber's wonderful Mozart, which is essentially a notation package. You can do hoopy things with the midi as well, but I haven't bothered. No frills, default voices. Feel free to re-voice it and mail it back to me, but that's not really the point of a midi for this kind of use.
