About Andy I live in Southampton, Hants, UK, and my main hobby is work with two morris dance groups, playing folk and morris music and teaching workshops about that kind of thing. 
I'm heavily involved in Morris Dancing.Bit of an anorak, in fact. So, I do a little Morris Dancing? It's no big deal, I could stop today if I wanted. The picture over there is of me at "Brew Moon" in Harvard Square.That's my morris kit I'm wearing, of course. The beer was very good, too (all right, so I didn't quite finish the food...) Born [sorry, restricted information] I'm a short dark-haired recorder player, with a dark beard and a rapidly developing grey quiff. For a long time I consulted to the Royal Navy, at one point spending several months being paid to chase clouds. I now have my own IT company. At a career appraisal, I was once described as a scruffy little oik and I'm considering having that put on my business cards. My last employer had, for some reason, a downer on employees having CVs online, even on personal sites. But now, you can find out a bit about my working life here. |
