The
mechanical machine is the standard tights
dispensing machine, though it can of course dispense anything which fits
in the standard box. It comes in three and four column varieties,
both pictured here, and is operated by a knob pulled by the customer.
It can accept two denominations of coin, and up to three of each type.
Thus the price could be set at 2x£1 and 3x20p to produce a product
price of £2.60, or the simple 1x£1. All columns must
vend at the same price.
