Some Voices with another chance to see their acclaimed production of...
No Visible Wounds before it is staged in Liverpool. The play examines the treatment of people suffering with mental health problems, and has been so successful that Enzyme have been asked to stage it on five different occasions in three separate counties. Community health groups and charities have supported the play, which was wriffen and researched by Enzyme, and gives a rare chance to see the human stories behind the statistics.
Tabloid sensationalism of care in the community" is counterbalanced LLI by liffle-known facts such as that 95 people with mental health problems killed themselves in just two years, most of whom were out on rehabilitation", and that more people suffer from mental health probems than hayfever.
