Business Support Networks:
• The London Business Support Network strategy developed by Business Link for London has led to the creation of tools designed to co-ordinate and improve business support provision. It notably offers a client management system that allows cross-agency following-up of businesses, quality standards (Customer First) and a single gateway for access to on-line information.

The SFI is a £30m Business Link for London funded initiative aimed at providing subsidised access to training and business support for Small & Medium sized Enterprises (SME's) including voluntary sector organisations. The objective of the SFI is to promote efficiency and productivity in SME's and to encourage their commitment to Investors in People (IIP).
