Compatriot Holdings Ltd (CHL) owns and manages an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial property within London . A subsidiary company, Transomas Ltd, operates the 4 hotels also owned by CHL within Central London + The City (RCA Hotels: www.rcahotels.co.uk ). Whilst operating the hotels and managing the existing portfolio of property within the company, CHL has started a refurbishment and development program covering all of its underperforming sites and some which are only being developed for the first time. Studio 28 is one of a few projects currently under way and CHL hope to release the final units for rental by summer '04. Units are already available (Jan'04) for immediate rental and are going fast!!!
