- We charge a fee of 12.5% of rent plus V.A.T. where appropriate. This
includes all postage.
- Newspaper advertising charges are additional, but we make no service charge for the placement
of any advertisements.
- £75 plus V.A.T. for the preparation of the inventory and drawing up of the lease.
- There are NO other charges made by Paton Residential (except those on a time cost basis where
the property is being kept empty on our clients instructions.)
