NCF Office. Our Office is in the Porters Lodge (ground floor) in the Historic Area of HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, It is just inside Victory Gate on the right as one enters. It is a short walk from Portsmouth Harbour station, bus station and ferry. Our part-time staff of four, keep in touch with members constantly on the move. The fellowship has Trustees and a Support Group who meet to plan, co-ordinate fellowship activities and pray together.
Finance. NCF is Registered UK Charity, No.256726, listed in the UK Data Protection Register, Ref E0058100, and supported solely by gifts from members.
Prayer Support Groups. Prayer Groups meet in different areas to pray for our serving members, and also missionary and ENCLU Members.
Ancient Mariners. Our members who have retired from active service are affectionately known as Ancient Mariners. They help support our serving Members by praying, letter writing, offering hospitality and in many other ways depending on their skills.
A Christian Family. The Naval Christian Fellowship is more a family than an organisation and our prime concern is to help and encourage Christians in the Navy to bear a good witness to Christ. We believe all who know and serve our Lord Jesus Christ are one family in Him irrespective of rank, race or church denomination. We do hope you will join us.
Missionary Interest. As NCF members leave the Service many are ordained or go into full time Christian work. We 'adopt' those on the mission field overseas, remember them regularly in our prayers, send gifts from our Missionary Fund and welcome them home on furlough.
