On June 25th 2003, the one hundredth anniversary of his birth, L. J. Hurst revisited the grave of George Orwell in Sutton Courteney, Oxfordshire.
Hurst took these photographs, noticing that since his first visit, David Astor, Orwell's friend and editor, had died and was buried next to Orwell.
