Our Special department is set up to take items from our existing ranges and to make modifications to meet customer needs. There are practical constraints upon what can be done in the way of modifications and some reduction in accuracy and balance can be generated by some modifications.

It is not normally possible to duplicate a product that has been modified without the return of the product to our Romford factory as each modification produces an individual product.

Our Development department has been specifically set up to produce new shapes and ranges for both us and our customers. This department has the ability to copy individuals or work from survey data to develop an individual product or range of products. The nature of the development process makes it labour intensive and as such, time consuming

Both the Special department & the Development department are commercial departments of our company and charge for the work carried out strictly upon a cost and materials basis.
