Renovated in 2007, this well-designed
2008 Java Coffee House & Restaurant has pleasant surroundings, starts the day with an early breakfast from 8a.m., is situated within easy walking distance for overnight sleeper passengers arriving around that time at the Inverness sole railway station, and
it serves a very nice cup of java coffee, separate from its higher top brands.
After years of neglect to this once ancient village – worsened by the widespread concrete boxed buildings, built quaternary avarice fashion, sprawling outwards out without catering for facilities, but a sea change is beginning to take place in the city with a new thinking ruling body turning Church Street in the town centre into an inviting place to come for shoppers and businesses alike, under their new creation entitled “Streetscape”.
The delight here for me is that I can listen to the Brian Harvey - New Orleans Jazz - radio programme coming through
its speaker unit whilst enjoying my coffee – see link at the top of this page.

It was Thursday the 8th of May around noon when I spotted a very large green bus (photo on the left) standing outside the stage entrance to the Eden Court Theatre in Inverness, so I became inquisitive to learn more about it.
When the driver gave me a running commentary of their fleet's potentials, I became so impressed that I just had to share this with you on
entering my website as being the ideal set-up for touring jazz bands.
The Jack Jones 50th Anniversary in Showbiz jazz singer concert was on at 8pm at the theatre, and,
this 12 berth sleeper, dining-car coach may have been in use by him on tour - but I know not.
