PLACING AN ORDER You may order a book in several ways:
In the case of UK orders, books can be sent either by 1st or 2nd class letter post or by parcel post. In the case of overseas orders, books are sent by surface or airmail post (generally at printed paper rate, which is the most economical method of shipping books abroad). Valuable items are sent by insured post. Please contact us in advance (by e-mail, telephone or fax) to receive information on shipping options and details of additional postage charges for any item(s) you wish to buy. TERMS The condition of all books is fully described. However, if a book is found to be unsatisfactory for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund including postage. Please e-mail us in advance to let us know that you intend to return the book. If you return a book, please ensure it is well packaged and that you have confirmation of dispatch (and, in the case of valuable items, please ensure that they have adequate insurance cover).
