Description

The IS604 is a bidirectional input optoisolator consisting of two Gallium Arsenide infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel coupled to an NPN silicon phototransistor in a 6-pin dual-in-line package. Surface Mount Option Available.
All electrical parameters are 100% tested by manufacturing. Specifications are guaranteed to a cumulative 0.65% AQL
