Description

The DEXIAM115 is a two layer array designed for use in dual energy x-ray imaging systems. The device consists of a 0.5 mm and a 1.0 mm thick thallium doped caesium iodide crystal directly bonded to sixteen separate photodiodes. The photodiodes are configured with independant anodes and common cathodes.
The module incorporates a 0.5 mm copper filter to improve the energy discrimination between the two arrays.
