Description

The CNY35 is a direct electrical and mechanical replacement to the General Electric type. This bidirectional input optoisolator consists of two Gallium Arsenide infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel coupled to a silicon NPN phototransistor mounted in a 6-pin dual-in-line package. Surface Mount Option Available.
All electrical parameters are 100% tested. Specifications are guaranteed to a cumulative 0.65% AQL.
