The CH350 is a single channel device sealed in a small outline ceramic
package suitable for mounting in hybrid sub-assemblies. It incorporates a high
radiance LED and a high gain integrated photodetector. The output is an open
collector Schottky clamped transistor.
The isolator operational parameters are guaranteed from -55°C to 125°C.
Military, high reliability system, telephone ring detection, microprocessor system interface, level shifting, digital logic ground isolation, current loop receiver, system test equipment isolation, process control input/output isolation.

Standards Institution.
Together with CECC, BS9000 is a preferred standard for use in European

CECC "MUAHAG" preferred products list.
The BS9000 approval is also recognised as meeting the equivalent criteria
to those required by BS5750/IS09000/EN29000.
