Having sold secondhand-hand and antiquarian books on a wide range of subjects for the past 25 years, we have, for some years, concentrated our stock of books and tools on what may generally be described as bench skills.

Thus our stock includes such fields as

In most of these fields we aim to carry selected, quality tools and relevant reference books. We also stock old tool catalogues and reprints, plus authoritative books on collecting, particularly furniture, clocks and tools.

A 'wants file' is maintained for those customer requirements which we're unable to fulfil immediately.

In addition, we are always happy to view collections or single items (books and tools) in the UK with a view to purchase.

Our shop is normally open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10 - 5; Wednesday and Saturday 10 - 12 noon. We welcome your visit, but if you are making a special journey please ring first to confirm our availability. You will find that the shop stocks virtually all the books listed, together with other unlisted titles. However, we only keep a small selection of our tool stock available at the shop.
