The sudden unexpected death of a loved one is one of the most severe events to cope with. The sense of loss experienced when someone with epilepsy suddenly dies is immense. In addition to the normal grief felt, the unexpected nature of the death makes it all the more difficult to accept. FAMILY SUPPORT MAY INVOLVE: 1. Receiving our information pack and our news magazine 2. Contacting our Family Support Team 3. Comfort through positive involvement with the work of the charity e.g. awareness raising with health professionals and government or fundraising for research. |
