by the visit and the opportunity to review the case over lunch and afterwards.
A coffee and light lunch are included.
Joining instructions will be provided
On this visit you will gain:
- an
understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures
- renewed
impetus to reflect and review your own employment practices
- experience
and evidence to support such a review
- a
grasp of the key principles in a selected case
Malcolm
Martin will lead the visit. He is a freelance trainer and consultant
in Human Resource Management of six years standing. His industrial relations
and training experience commenced in British Steel and he subsequently
moved to Dunlop, Guthrie and the BBA Group where he held managerial positions
