The half-day Human Resource Health Check

For organisations, or single self-administered sites, from 5 to 500 employees.

The health check identifies for you:

  • any major risks from uncertain employment practices and helps you to estimate their relative importance
  • wastage, in human resource terms, that could be significantly reduced or eliminated and indicates what that wastage may be costing you
  • performance opportunities and an indication how you may gain from specific good practices

Malcolm Martin Associates will provide you a written report, as appropriate and subject to available information, outlining:

  • suitable monitoring procedures for key HR indicators
  • comparison with industry norms, and where adverse, an indication of potential savings
  • an assessment of vulnerable areas in terms of employment legislation
  • any significant training needs in the human resource arena

This health check is a careful once over within the time constraints involved. It will identify and quantify problems that are apparent to us from the people to whom we have access, from the symptoms they describe and from the information made available to us. Health and Safety aspects are not included but can be provided under a separate contract.

The Human Resource Practitioner carrying out the health check will be a qualified and experienced HR Professional bound by the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.

Cost

The fee for the health check and written report is
£275.00 plus VAT
