Accommodation & Facilities
The cottage is fully furnished and equipped, and all bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided.

• 2 bedrooms (upstairs). 1 with full sized bunks plus a single bed; 1 with a double bed.
• Bathroom (upstairs) has an electric shower over bath, shaver socket and towel rail.
• Lounge has sofa bed, TV and DVD.
• Kitchen/Dining Room has cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
• Garden to front and rear has picnic tables and clothes line.

The cottage is double glazed and has electric central heating throughout. There is a card meter.

Pets are allowed by special arrangement only. The cottage is non-smoking.

The keys may be collected after 4pm on the day of arrival, from Arisaig Hotel, and should be returned by 10am on the day of departure.

Prices

• Weekly rates for this cottage range from £250 - £500, depending on the time of the year.
• A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
The Arisaig Hotel’s cancellation policy is as follows:

• For any reservation cancelled within one week of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your holiday will be made.
• In the event that guests fail to arrive and have given no notice, or the reservation is curtailed after arrival, the full cost of their stay will be payable.
• We strongly advise clients to take out holiday insurance.
